Furnished Quarters Hires Director of Guest Services in New York

(New York, NY) August 19, 2024 – Furnished Quarters, the largest independently owned and operated provider of global temporary housing is pleased to introduce Robert Naeder as its new Director of Guest Services in New York.

A Staten Island native with 7 years of experience in both front of house and back of house in the New York hospitality industry, Robert will lead the company’s Guest Services department to enhance the overall Furnished Quarters guest experience. Joining Furnished Quarters from his previous role as Senior Manager for Mint House at 70 Pine, Robert and his team achieved an impressive #1 ranking in New York City by TripAdvisor—and ranked in the top 10% of all hospitality organizations worldwide.

Now, as Director of Guest Services at Furnished Quarters, Robert will spearhead a range of vital responsibilities, including overseeing guest request completion and communication, providing quick and creative solutions to address guests’ concerns, and ensuring seamless operational processes are implemented.

When asked about his specific vision for the Guest Services Team, Robert put people at the forefront.

“When it comes down to it, Guest Services is about people. I want to deliver that personable approach to each and every guest interaction, empathizing with each guest’s needs for a humanized experience. Outside of work, Robert is a true-blue New York sports fan, sticking by his hometown New York Jets and Mets—for better or for worse. Robert also enjoys an active lifestyle alongside his dog Stella; whether it’s enjoying the beach, biking around the city, or gaining a competitive edge at his local Pickleball league.
